Helene – Yet Another Man-Made Climate Crisis

Military secrecy has been a must, and the at-risk general public is caught unaware of what’s going on these days. Honesty, it looks like our life-support system is under attack!

There’s also a massive indifference directed towards Americans today. The American people are suffering and neglected in so many ways, while illegal aliens are given preferential treatment and unfairly handed out every benefit our taxpayer money can muster. Ukraine and Israel receive billions of dollars, while Americans do without, with many being targeted for their property.

Helene was a catastrophic hurricane. Hundreds and hundreds were killed, and many hundreds remain missing. Disaster victims were left in the dark! They are still trying to recover from total desolation and are in a state of shock, with many helpless people waiting to be rescued and begging for food and water. The dead are rotting in the streets. Some victims were offered a mere $750.00. (Please read the fine print on that first before you apply.) And how is $750 going to help when ATMs and banks have been literally washed away in the flood waters?? CASH and supplies are what is needed at this time, and quickly.

Now, we are hearing that FEMA is supposedly limited on funds and/or “broke” because most of their money may have been diverted and syphoned off, then given to the illegal aliens to provide things like housing, healthcare, and food to dwell in this country! Yes, government funds CAN be diverted.

The corrupt Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas (who should be let go as a Traitor) who oversees FEMA aided to that funding problem with his Marxist ploys undermining true Americans… and making the disturbing statement (AP News) that FEMA doesn’t have money to make it through this hurricane season, knowing that another hurricane may be on the way! Possibly, a developing Hurricane Milton. Fox News has stated, ”Milton is expected to become a major hurricane before slamming into Florida.” And if this hurricane hits Florida, it could be game over for many people.

We are so thankful to be hearing the many stories of the outpouring of help and love as local organizations, people, mule teams, horse teams, and even goat teams are providing services and supplies to the survivors of Hurricane Helene.

And at the same time, we watch in outrage as the Biden-Harris administration provides little help for the severely traumatized victims. Sadly, there is a lot of storm activity in the Atlantic Ocean that could bring another round of violent storms or hurricane directed towards the United States. Tropical Cyclone Milton is currently building in the Gulf of Mexico, and projections show a disastrous path headed straight for the Florida panhandle. Is Milton “scheduled” to hit Central Florida on Wednesday? 

Upheaval: It’s extremely important that we understand what’s going on with the devastation and misery in the states hit so hard by Helene and what is currently happening with hurricane victims, especially the aftermath in Western North Carolina where 40 trillion gallons of water were dumped. A report out of Chimney Rock, NC said a ‘government official’ has told residents at a town meeting that the federal government is seizing land, and the entire area will be bulldozed–bodies, still-standing buildings, and all. One local pastor was going door to door with water, and found there were so many bodies that they changed their delivery request to body bags. “They are not picking up the bodies. They don’t wanna identify the bodies and they’re just leaving them to rot in the streets.” And “Something evil is going on in the NC mountains.”

Man-made climate change bringing devastation… again. We also strongly believe that weather modification is being deployed against the people. Clouds can be seeded, and weather patterns can be suppressed or intensified. In extreme cases, they can create new weather patterns. Modern military weapons of weather warfare have been used for years. Helene was NOT a natural disaster.

If you’ve never heard of weather-modification before, there is a lot of information out there to study about this subject for your own protection.

Many organizations are involved in modifying our weather. The North American Weather Modification Council exists. Here is a list of their current members. We believe they practice more than just cloud-seeding. There are many organizations that you can check out, too:

We posted this 2023 Secure Arkansas article about Direct Energy Weapons in Lahaina, Maui, and many suspect that Military Direct Energy Weapons or scalar interferometry (ionospheric heaters, lasers, or particle beams) were also used against the indigenous Appalachian population in order to clear the area for a Chinese-owned oriented lithium mining business for lithium battery production that has a contract with by the DoD. Here’s a snippet from the agreement:

The $90 million agreement, entered into under Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III authorities and utilizing funds appropriated by the Inflation Reduction Act, will help support Albemarle’s planned re-opening of their Kings Mountain, N.C. lithium mine to increase domestic production of lithium for the nation’s battery supply chain. Albemarle estimates that Kings Mountain will be operational between 2025 and 2030

So, why lithium?

Lithium is a soft, light metal that is a key component in many rechargeable batteries used in technology:

Electric vehicles -- Lithium is a critical ingredient in the batteries that power electric cars, hybrids, and electric bikes.

Mobile devices – Lithium-ion batteries are used in cell phones, laptops, and digital cameras.

Grid-scale storage – Lithium batteries are used to store energy generated from solar and wind power.

Other devices – Lithium is also used in some non-rechargeable batteries for toys, clocks, and heart pacemakers.

And what’s going on with the global Albemarle Corporation? They intend to support the expansion of domestic mining and production of lithium. See this posted on their site Sept. 24, 2024:  Albemarle Submits State and Federal Permits for Potential Redevelopment of the Kings Mountain Mine.

Now the area they want is a disaster zone, dear readers! The government can now come in and use eminent domain to take the property from the disaster victims… and pay a low price for the property, too! The military is using excessive force to guard our natural resources for these greedy corporations. Some companies are actually hoarding natural resources, too.

More on King’s Mountain from Albemarle where they want to expand their footprint. From their site:

The deposit found in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, is part of the Carolina Tin-Spodumene Belt within the Inner Piedmont terrane, to the west and along Kings Mountain. This area is well known for its lithium resources. In fact, Kings Mountain is believed to have one of the largest resources in the world. 

This looks like a land grab because there’s a monstrous amount of lithium, quartz, other minerals, and probably gold in the area.

Albemarle Corporation is aligned with Vanguard and BlackRock. Their headquarters is in Charlotte, NC, USA. (The Vice President’s husband, Doug Emhoff, is one of the largest shareholders.)

And apparently, Albermarle is not the only company interested in lithium. Piedmont Lithium has had their eye on Gaston County, NC, lithium for quite some time and applied for a mining permit back in 2021. (Reuters) -North Carolina regulators have approved a state mining permit for Tesla supplier Piedmont Lithium to develop one of the largest U.S. sources of the key electric vehicle battery metal, although key financing and local regulatory challenges remain.

The go-ahead for the 500-foot-deep mine comes despite widespread opposition from neighbors worried about water, noise pollution and other potential problems.

The years-long opposition to the project, which would become one of the few lithium-producing sites in the U.S, illustrates broadening tension in the country, as resistance to living near a mine clashes with the potential of EVs to mitigate climate change.

Piedmont must still obtain a local zoning variance and financing for the project, estimated to cost more than $1 billion. The company has applied for U.S. Department of Energy loans via a program through which rivals ioneer and Lithium Americas have already obtained financing.

Piedmont Lithium Reports Q2 2024 Results

The locals have been fighting the Piedmont Lithium mine, especially after seeing proposed maps: Gaston mine would supply needed lithium, but neighbors fight it.
From the article:

Piedmont Lithium wants to build a mine and processing operation on 1,500 acres in northern Gaston County, about 30 miles west of Charlotte. Plans call for four open-pit mines 500 feet deep. That means tearing down old and new houses, digging up farm fields and cutting down woods.

Not everyone was on board… and now that area has been demolished, replaced with death, destruction, and demands that people pack up and leave because it’s “unsafe” to stay.

So, lithium is a hot commodity, thus why Helene may have been a geoengineered Land Grab to wipe out this area so it can be taken by eminent domain or bought by those looking to profit at bargain basement prices.

Geoengineering leads to catastrophic events, along with population removal from the area!

By the way, these government weather geo-experiments are not new. They have been taking place since post World War II.

The HAARP Program: The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP)

HAARP is a US government-funded ionospheric research program that uses high frequency radio waves, but they don’t let the public know much more than that. 

This ionospheric program has been funded by the Air Force, the Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency.

The University of Alaska Fairbanks is operating the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program facility, or HAARP, for 13 projects this month. The projects are the latest made possible by federal support for the ionospheric research facility in Gakona.

Scientists with NASA, the Naval Research Laboratory and Los Alamos National Lab, as well as numerous universities, are involved in this month’s HAARP research campaign.

In 1992, HAARP was established in Gokona, Alaska. Now, there are over 5,000 acres. HAARP was under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and is powerful weaponry. Evidently, HAARP is now located to an undisclosed area, operated by the Air Force Research Labratory’s Space Vehicles Directorate.

Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., the Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate serves as the Air Force’s center of excellence for space technology research and development. The Directorate develops and transitions space technologies to provide space based capabilities to the warfighter.

The Air Force Research Laboratory falls under the United States Air Force Material Command dealing with direct-energy based aerospace warfighting technologies. 

Also, AFRL has another location to look at: The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, Ohio with operating locations in New York, New Mexico, Florida, Virginia, California and Hawaii.

The lab is transitioning game changing counter-electronics weapon technologies that can degrade, damage, or destroy electronic systems with minimum collateral damage.

Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025

Abstract:  

In 2025, US aerospace forces can own the weather by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map. A high risk, high reward endeavor, weather modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather modification offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather modification system could provide to a war fighting commander in chief CINC are listed in table 1. Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather modification capability 1 advanced nonlinear modeling techniques, 2 computational capability, 3 information gathering and transmission, 4 a global sensor array, and 5 weather intervention techniques. Some intervention tools exist today and others may be developed and refined in the future.

HAARP’s shady history is tainted with CIA control. Patents, the media outlets, and scientists fall victim to their control.
