Republican Legislators are Sabotaging Paper Ballot Access
Voting Machines are NOT Secure
Solution: Go back to Paper Ballots Election fraud is a big issue in American politics! Presently, the quorum court of each county shall choose by resolution a voting system containing voting machines or computerized vote tabulating devices, or both, or voting machines in combination with paper ballots counted by hand for use in all elections in the county. AR Code § 7-5-301 (2022). However, a harmful piece of deep state legislation has just been introduced at our Arkansas Capitol: SB250 . We’ve linked the bill so you can read the entire thing for yourself before reading the rest of this article. SB250, if passed, adds the following:
It looks like the Arkansas legislators are doing everything in their power to deliberately sabotage the rights of the people to have proper access to paper ballots and hand counted tabulation. We desperately need election integrity, but this obstructive bill will limit that. Now, we ask you, is SB250 a conservative piece of legislation? No way! We have seen that paperless voting machines are susceptible to manipulation because we have no method to verify votes in the case of software or hardware failure. So, we must use paper ballots to provide physical proof of the voter’s intent. Remember, paper ballots can be safely recounted in case of a contested result. If not, this places the election and voters at risk. Legally speaking, only the paper ballots should count.
Good News! The Cleburne County quorum court voted recently to end the use of the computerized voting machines and go back to reliable paper ballots, requiring all future elections to be hand counted, according to KARK-TV. The rest of the quorum courts in Arkansas need to follow suit. Reader, this bad bill should show Arkansans what type of lawmakers we are dealing with this session. Talking about dictatorial… this bill speaks volumes. What happened to freedom? The Republican National Committee’s own website states: Republicans believe in liberty, economic prosperity, preserving American values and traditions, and restoring the American dream for every citizen of this great nation. As a party, we support policies that seek to achieve those goals. Our platform is centered on stimulating economic growth for all Americans, protecting constitutionally-guaranteed freedoms, ensuring the integrity of our elections, and maintaining our national security. We are working to preserve America’s greatness for our children and grandchildren. How are those things possible — liberty, preserving American values and traditions, and ensuring the integrity of our elections — with the passage of this bill? They’re not. Can you imagine no proper access to our highly-valued paper ballots? How are we supposed to rely on our legislators if this is the type of legislation they are bringing forth? SB250 is a bad bill. This controlling type of legislation is coming from a RINO Republican that calls himself a Chaplain/Pastor and works with Saline Memorial Hospice. We know that totalitarianism is a form of government that attempts to assert total control over our lives. It must be stopped at every statehouse, including Arkansas’, if we ever hope to have decent election results. Clean and proper elections aren’t possible while we’re dealing with unverifiable computerized voting machines. So, we MUST step away from the untrustworthy machines.
Senator Kim Hammer SB250 was written by the Arkansas Secretary of State office and filed by Republican Senator Kim Hammer from Benton, Arkansas. This obstructive bill, if passed, would do the following:
Good grief! Why the rush? Why the control? Why the limitations? This bad bill shows a coordinated campaign of sabotage, and it will restrict the rights of each county going back to paper ballots. In a future article, we will elaborate more on where this bill originated… Please, say it ain’t so! The following Arkansas legislators appear to be supporting Vote Fraud via ES&S computerized voting machines, those used most in Arkansas, and many of the components do come from China. Also, we believe that the machines do not follow U.S. or state election laws. The legislators named below and in red font under “State Agencies & Govt’l Affairs – Senate” committee and SB250 Sponsors are confirmed American Legislative Exchange (ALEC) Members. You may recall that the ALEC Member Legislators’ Oath to American Legislative Exchange Council is (ALEC) first – NOT to you. ALEC asks the legislators to raise their right hand and swear: “I will act with care and loyalty and put the interests of the organization first”. That means placing the corporate and special interests ABOVE their elected office! Hello?! This is a conflict of interest. One could conclude that the cabal wants their own appointed talking heads: a greedy corporate governance where their supposedly-elected officials put forth their destructive agenda for their bottom line. What is the current status of the bill? SB250 was referred to: the Senate Committee on State Agencies & Govt’l Affairs on 2/13/2023, and it’s coming up in that committee on Thurs, February 16, 2023. See the Agenda for 10:00 am OSC State Capitol, Little Rock, Arkansas. Committee Members — Kill this bill! It does not support the will of the people. ACTION ITEM: Legislators — Pull your sponsorship from SB250. Voters — Act QUICKLY and contact the eight (8) committee members listed below (the Chair, Vice Chair, and the 6 other members below that) and tell them you oppose SB250! It restricts the rights of people to access paper ballots and the hand counting of ballots. We do not trust computerized voting machines or electronically tabulated ballots. Here is a PDF listing of ALL Arkansas legislators (representatives and senators), alphabetized by name. You can save it to your computer for future use. In closing, SB250 must be killed. Let the process play out and allow each quorum court to decide what is best for their county WITHOUT the additional restrictions of SB250! Remember, vote fraud is real, and it is time to go back to paper ballots because we know that the computerized voting machines are corrupted, which brings voter confidence to an all-time low. |
