The farmer in Marble Hall Limpopo, South Africa was robbed of sheeps, goats worthy over R300 000.
A gang of criminals came and attacked his farm. They also got away with guns and other things from the farmer’s house.
Farmers in South Africa are under fire. Every week a farm is attacked and robbed. Every month a farmer is killed in South Africa.
South Africa is going to face massive poverty, violence and upheavals due to these attacks on farms. South African farmers are producing food that feed the country and whole SADC region. If they face these uncertainties how are they going to produce more and create employment?
The issue of farmers in South Africa is a threat to the whole SADC region. Food supply is going to be severely affected. Poverty, unemployment, violence and crime are going to increase in the whole of Southern Africa.
