Her work covers the full cycle of governance execution: from operationalizing DAO voting outcomes and supporting the development of a hybrid governance model, to coordinating treasury functions, sustainability initiatives, and the design of delegate participation incentive programs. She also oversees creator ecosystem funding programs, including the Rarible Creator Fund, launched with an initial budget of $100,000, providing practical support for the growth of the creator community within the ecosystem.

Before joining RARI Foundation, Anna Riabokon served as Chief of Staff at Tokensoft. In this role, she made a substantial contribution to building more structured and scalable mechanisms for launching Web3 projects. The templated framework and standardized organizational approach for projects across multiple jurisdictions significantly reduced structural complexity and accelerated go-to-market timelines — shortening the average setup process from 6–8 months to just 2–3 months. She also developed onboarding processes and legal compliance checkpoints across multiple jurisdictions, coordinated with external legal counsel on securities law matters, and helped increase client launch readiness.

Contribution to Governance and Infrastructure

Anna Riabokon strengthened the hybrid governance model and expanded meaningful community participation in ecosystem management. She supported the launch and development of staking incentives, which resulted in nearly $150,000 worth of RARI being staked and approximately 200,000 RARI being delegated, representing a 56% increase in delegated token volume as a clear indicator of stronger trust and community engagement. These initiatives also contributed to a 94% increase in the number of active stakers and more than a twofold increase in the number of unique voters, providing direct evidence of a significant rise in participation in governance processes.

Anna is currently pursuing a DBA and working on her dissertation, “Designing High-Performing DAOs: Leadership, Governance, and Organizational Efficiency.”
