BEWARE: RNA Rabies Vaccine Now On Market For Pets

In 2024, many readers will recall the five-part series “Vaccinating Your Pets – What You Should Know” along with the Sons of Liberty Media radio show “You Know ‘Vaccines’ Are Dangerous To Man – What About Your Pets?” where the dangers of over-vaccination and vaccination of pets were discussed. If you have not read the series or seen the show, it is advisable to do so. Not long after the series and the show, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved Merck’s Nobivac NXT Canine Flu H3N2 vaccine using RNA particle technology. Less than a year ago, in 2025, Merck launched a new rabies “vaccine” based on self-amplifying RNA particle technology and it has rolled out across North America. As with the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots, these self-amplifying RNA particle technology injections for cats and dogs cannot be considered vaccines, but gene therapy bioweapons.
The information provided to the USDA on the Nobivac NXT rabies vaccine can be viewed here. These are only the results of the safety and efficacy studies. There is no information provided on the product itself. For adverse events associated with the injection, animals were only observed for 14 days. Some of the adverse events attributed to injection were lethargy, anorexia, enteritis, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea and lameness. Adverse events NOT attributed to the injection included, but is not limited to, lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, anorexia, and muscle pain. With the same adverse events being reported, how was it determined when the adverse events were NOT related to the injection? That is not indicated. If the same “science” applies to animal vaccines as in humans, an adverse event that occurs after the observation period, in this case 14 days, it could be determined as NOT “vaccine” related.
Remember, 70 percent of return vet visits occur within 3 months of vaccination with traditional vaccines.
The main focus will be on dogs because most cats are of a similar size and weight. In the canine study, there were 622 dogs: 206 were 12 weeks old; 21 were 13 weeks old to one year; and, 395 dogs were one to 16 years old. What were the breeds? German shepherds are larger than Shih Tzus. Wouldn’t size be a factor to consider? What about mixed breed dogs? When one is talking about 12-week-old canines, a Great Dane is larger at 12 weeks than a Chihuahua. Remember, with traditional animal “vaccines”, a 5-pound dog receives the same dosage as a 100-pound dog.
Earlier in the document, on page 4, it was indicated that there were 27 “vaccinates” and 11 controls, 12 weeks of age, used for the “challenge” portion of the trial. Where are the other subjects of the study that were used for adverse events from injection? Is this enough subjects to prove efficacy? Is the time frame (over one year) enough?
Notice the only canine injection using the RNA particle technology was Nobivac NXT Canine – 1 rabies (page 1 of document). Yet, the Merck website touts the Nobivac NXT Canine – 3 rabies injection. Is Merck following the same mechanism with this product as traditional rabies products – the one-year and three-year are the same formula, just labeled differently?
A post on X was made by Valerie Anne Smith on August 16, 2025, regarding these products. Included in her post was a video of Nicholas Hulscher of the McCullough Foundation discussing with Brannon Howe the problems with the new technology injections, which include shedding upon humans through bodily fluids. As Hulscher explained, these are not properly tested and we are looking at complete unknowns. It reminds one of the CONvid-1984 bioweapon shots.
The information provided by Merck on their Nobivac NXT rabies “vaccine” can be found here. A video explanation of how the Nobivac NXT rabies “vaccine” can be viewed at this website.
The video states, “Our revolutionary RNA particle vaccines provide a safe, efficient, targeted approach to disease protection. Nobivac ® NXT vaccines work by delivering a set of instructions via the RNA sequence of a pathogen’s specific gene of interest. The coat protein of the RNA particle efficiently targets the most important and effective first line of defense, the dendritic cells.”
Is this injection artificially created in a lab or on a computer, just as the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shot? That is the current technology in play. The coat protein sounds very similar to the Pegylated lipid nanoparticle contained in the CONvid-1984 bioweapon shot to bypass the first line of defense to allow the particle to enter the cells – in this case, the dendritic cells. The dendritic cells process antigens. Once inside the cell, the RNA particle is “unpacked” (released from the coat protein) and begins to make copies of itself, instructing the cell to make the antigen that causes rabies. Furthermore, the claim is made the production of the “protein” (antigen that causes rabies) is large in amount.
According to the video, copies are made for a limited time. How do they know that? It didn’t happen with the CONvid-1984 bioweapon shots. Are we now supposed to believe it is being done for animal injections? Who knows how long the “limited time” is, since it isn’t mentioned in the video or literature.
The proteins are then presented to the B and T cells by the dendritic cells, which results in activation of a “broad and balanced antibody or humoral and cellular immune response”. The claim is also made that the product delivers robust immune stimulation without causing disease.
Sound familiar?
From the product information sheet or what in loose terms could be called the “package insert”.
Product Description: Nobivac® NXT Canine-3 Rabies is a non-adjuvanted, freeze-dried injectable rabies vaccine, utilizing RNA particle technology. The vaccine stimulates expression of the desired antigen to induce a protective immune response against rabies. [Emphasis mine.]
This created RNA instructional strand wrapped in a protein nanoparticle is freeze dried. That was not done with the CONvid-1984 bioweapon shots. Merck claims the injectable is “non-adjuvanted” meaning it contains nothing but the RNA particle protein-coated ingredient and is mixed with a “sterile diluent.” There is no indication if this is bacteriostatic water, sterile normal saline, or a buffered proprietary solution, meaning there is no way of knowing what is in the diluent used to mix with the freeze-dried injectable vial contents.
Just as with the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots, this “new” technology injection for animals “stimulates expression of the desired antigen to induce a protective immune response….” This product causes your furry family member to produce the protein (antigen) that causes rabies in order to “induce” a protective immune response, which normally would mean stimulating the appropriate immunoglobulin (antibody). However, Merck does not indicate that is what occurs and does not define what is meant by “protective immune response”. At this point, unless it is specifically indicated, one cannot assume a “protective immune response” means stimulating the appropriate immunoglobulin. Since the injection causes production of the protein responsible for rabies infection and there is no “off” switch with these RNA products, giving your furry family member this product will place him in a perpetual inflammatory state.
As with any “gene therapy”, the risk of shedding exists.
Just as with traditional rabies vaccines, all animals receive the same dosage regardless of weight – 0.5 ml in the case of this new RNA technology. They recommend vaccination at 12 weeks of age, which is approximately three months of age. According to the work of Dr. Ronald Schultz, animals should not be vaccinated until four months of age (16 weeks) because the infant animal still has protection from maternal antibodies until that age, making vaccination any earlier ineffective.
Precautions:
• Store at 2° – 8°C (35°-46°F).
• Do not freeze.
• Use new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes.
• Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label.
• In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
Warnings:
• Vaccinate only healthy, non-parasitized dogs.
• This product has not been tested in pregnant animals.
• Do not administer to horses or other equine species.
• The use of a biological product may produce anaphylaxis and/or other inflammatory immune-mediated hypersensitivity reactions. Antidote: Epinephrine, corticosteroids, and antihistamines may all be indicated depending on the nature and severity of the reaction.
Notice the manufacturer’s instructions to “vaccinate only healthy, non-parasitized dogs”. Unhealthy dogs, including those with chronic or acute health conditions, as well as dogs with heartworms or other parasites, are NOT to be vaccinated. The five-part series covering vaccination of your furry family member exposed veterinarians who continue to vaccinate dogs with chronic health conditions, such as chronic gastroenteritis with gastrointestinal bleeding. Since the product was not tested on pregnant animals, it would stand to reason that fetal harm could occur. The only adverse events mentioned the vet should monitor in the animal is anaphylaxis and/or other inflammatory immune-mediated hypersensitivity reactions. What about adverse events that occur outside the veterinarian visit? As was previously learned, if the veterinarian doesn’t witness it in the office, it is NOT an adverse event because of vaccination.
As was seen with the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shot, neurological conditions, myocarditis, pericarditis, breakthrough infections, and other adverse events occurred as a result of the RNA product. Could the same happen with pets? Absolutely! Remember, this is a new technology and has ONLY been used with the CONvid-1984 bioweapon shots, meaning there is still information that is unknown about these products.
What is a pet parent to do? First, if you are still vaccinating your pet, remember the work of Dr. Ronald Schultz, who established that properly timed traditional vaccines possibly produced lifetime immunity for your pet. Second, if you have decided to cease vaccinating your pet, make sure the veterinarian understands your position. Keep all records of rabies vaccination (the only one required by law) and the compendium on rabies printed for easy access. Read it carefully to understand the events in case your furry family member bites another animal or human. Third, if you are uncomfortable in ceasing all vaccines for your pet, make your veterinarian aware of your desire to use only traditional vaccines, not any RNA products, and only administer the three core vaccines using traditional technology in separate doses. Do not acquiesce to combination vaccines, traditional or RNA. Request your veterinarian use the three-year traditional rabies vaccine. Remember, the formulas for the traditional one-year and three-year vaccines are identical – only the label is different. The compendium on rabies recommends vaccination according to the label.
It is up to pet parents to provide for their furry family members, as they cannot speak for themselves. Remember, the compendium on rabies is considered the definitive expert document on the matter regarding vaccinated and unvaccinated animals for rabies. Refer to it when needed or necessary. The decision to vaccinate or not vaccinate your animals is up to you. The choice was made in this writer’s household some time ago for ourselves and our furry family members.
