Local news in Ohio is spinning the retirement of a judge in Belmont County, Ohio, as a happy day full of love and celebration.

It’s bogus.

The news is inaccurate, deceptive, and the true facts and circumstances of the situation in many ways actually dwarfs the Trump case because it involves human trafficking.

Judge Frank Fregiato and his wife, Cynthia Fregiato, who is the Clerk of Court for Belmont County, have been running a Mom & Pop court system that is being used to accomplish very DARK objectives under the auspices of a judicial function.

WARFARE WITH THE LAW AT THE FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, AND LOCAL LEVELS 

While the bogus Trump criminal cases (New York [State case] and Florida [Federal case] are being used to highlight how the State and Federal courts are being used in criminal schemes, the Holmseth/DeWine case is set to demonstrate to the American public how the judicial system is also being used at the county and local levels.

The racketeering operation being exposed in Belmont County, Ohio involves U.S. Mail Fraud, Interstate Wire Fraud, violations of The Hobbs Act and RICO Act (racketeering law), multiple violations of the U.S. Constitution, and other violations of federal law – all being done under the authority of the Great Seal of the State of Ohio.

On Friday WTRF reported, “Belmont County Common Pleas Judge Frank Fregiato was honored Friday in a retirement party that involved the entire courthouse as well as friends, family and community members”.

The retirement party news story was a ruse.

In February 2023, Frank Fregiato and his wife, Cynthia Fregiato, were named in a federal lawsuit filed by Timothy Charles Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter and investigative journalist, who filed a case against Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.

Court records show Frank Fregiato and his wife, who are also named as Defendants, conspired to use the United States Postal Service, FED EX, the Belmont Clerk of Court, and the Belmont County Court’s website, to create the illusion that Holmseth, Minnesota, who had an active RICO case filed at the time (Holmseth v. Page et al – 3:22-cv-00912 – Tennessee Middle District) had been properly Served through the U.S. Mail.

It was all FAKE.

The alleged purpose of the scheme and hoax was to weaponize the federal government by placing Timothy Charles Holmseth, an FBI witness and journalist who uncovered international child trafficking through the Ukrainian Embassy in DC connected to Jeffrey Epstein, into a federal database called the NCIC.

The fraud and hoax run by the Fregiato couple was exposed when Frank Fregiato referred to a tracking number of the United States Postal Service, which he said demonstrated Holmseth had been served. Ohio law requires a signature from the recipient (Holmseth) which the Belmont Court never received. Frank Fregiato openly ignored the law and said the tracking number showed the mail arrived at Holmseth’s out-of-state mailbox and that was good enough. However – that NEVER HAPPENED either. It was all a hoax.

Court exhibits show Holmseth ran the tracking number that Frank Fregiato referenced, but the package, which was supposed to be sent by his wife Cynthia Fregiato, was NEVER SENT.
