On May 18, 2024, 23-year-old U.S. Army Pfc. Katia Dunes Aguilar was found dead in her Clarksville, Tennessee residence near Fort Campbell, which sits along the Kentucky- Tennessee State line.

On May 22, 2024, Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer, founder, Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. (V4CR), Tucson, Arizona, published a press release “Operation Clean Sweep: Taking Child Predators Off the Streets“. The press release included a video statement by Sawyer on You Tube. “In just three days, we worked with law enforcement to secure over 70 warrants, ensuring that these child predators face justice. On June 11, 2024, Military Times reported “Fort Campbell soldier found dead in home was stabbed nearly 70 times“.

The May 22, 2024, press release by Craig Sawyer and V4CR said “Operation Clean Sweep” had been in progress for three days [that is the approximate time between the Katia Aguilar murder until V4CR press release] and secured over “70 warrants” [70 stab wounds].

“In just three days, we worked with law enforcement to secure over 70 warrants, ensuring that these child predators face justice. Watch now to learn more about our relentless pursuit to protect our children,” V4CR said.

While Sawyer is one of the spokesmen for City of Millersville, Tennessee Police Department and “Operation Clean Sweep”, which Sawyer and Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor describe as a “joint operation” – the reality is there is no known Joint Powers Agreement between City of Millersville, Tennessee and V4CR, Arizona. Additionally – the situation is so bad the City of Millersville’s insurance company ended their coverage for the City because of the improper ongoings.

Evidence shows V4CR, Tucson, Arizona, is a fraudulent organization committing interstate wire fraud.
