House Committee on Small Business Report – Instruments and Casualties of the Censorship-Industrial Complex, Reveals a Florida Based Tribunal Run to Accuse Journalists of 'Domesestic Violense Extremism” in 2011

The House Committee on Small Businesses report regarding censorship reveals the attack on truth in America was developed by President Barack Obama in 2016.

The House Report effectively lays out an insurgency that attacked the United States of America from within.

The insurgents who devised a (failed) plan to move Hillary Rodham Clinton, who served as U.S. Secretary of State under Obama, into the presidency in 2016, included Clinton’s bodyguard Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer and his many associations within the National Security apparatus.

U.S. Court records show that after President Donald Trump fired General Michael Flynn from his National Security Advisor position in February 2017, Sawyer set-up a fake child rescue group (which is actually an assassination development team) in April 2017 with FBI agent Bob Hamer and a collective of federal agencies (e.g., FBI, CIA) and military components working with U.S. Army General Mark Milley.

The details of the planned insurgency as set forth in the House Report effectively reveal the TRIAL RUN occurred in Florida in 2011 where insurgents used a Family Court to label a journalist, who was reporting on international child sex trafficking through the Ukrainian Embassy as a ‘domestic violence extremist‘.

The TRIAL RUN was to test the system to see if the cartel could remove freedom of speech rights, as well as the right to keep and bear arms from ANYBODY they so desired using a Family Court and “domestic violence” allegations.

THE “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” TRIAL RUN

In 2011, the Domestic Violence Division of the Broward County, Florida Circuit Court issued an “INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE” – the Petition and Order fell under domestic violence law.

The domestic violence case was against Timothy Charles Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter with the North Dakota Newspaper Association, residing in Polk County, Minnesota, that was filed after Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010 regarding a child kidnapping in Florida, whereupon Holmseth provided evidence he obtained regarding an FBI agent (John Regan – aka Bob Hamer) who was operating a child procurement operation tied to Jeffrey Epstein that was selling babies on the black market through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.

After Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010 – the FBI subsequently (in November 2010) created a CLASSIFIED document entitled SOVEREIGN CITIZENS – AN INTRODUCTION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. FBI_Sovereign_Citizens

The court order against Holmseth was fraudulently obtained using the Family Court process and domestic violence law in Florida, despite Holmseth never having been to Florida and having no domestic, dating, or martial relationships with anybody whatsoever in the STATE OF FLORIDA. The order, issued by Judge Michael G. Kaplan ordered Holmseth to retroactively REMOVE lawfully published content from his website; to stop selling his book (that contained a photo of the FBI agent that was trafficking children) and further issued a lifetime order to STOP Holmseth from talking about certain people – even ordering Holmseth to STOP THINKING about those certain people – or face years in prison.

Not only did the Kaplan’s Order STOP Holmseth’s speech – but it also made it illegal for Holmseth to possess a firearm. 

The Broward County States Attorney’s Office noticed the deception that resulted in the Kaplan Order against Holmseth and refused a request to file felony charges against Holmseth. After Broward County, Florida SA Marie Wolf issued a MEMO on the deficiency of the Order, plotters against Holmseth electronically transmitted the Kaplan Order to the East Grand Forks Police Department in Polk County, Minnesota whereupon local cops and county law enforcement began arresting Holmseth (effectively kidnapping Holmseth) for Tweets, publishing already-public court records, and things STATE OF MINNESOTA claimed Holmseth was THINKING which, they said, violated the already debunked Kaplan Order.

The STATE OF MINNESOTA vs. TIMOTHY HOLMSETH cases were a TRIAL RUN by an international criminal cartel conglomerate of bad actors and rogue federal agents, embedded into the fabric of the United States Government, to TEST if claims of “Domestic Violence” could be used to STOP freedom of speech and press dead in its tracks.

In July 2014 Holmseth filed Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks, et al. in what became the beginning of a long series of court actions, false domestic violence police reports, in multiple states, involving Holmseth, as well as legal attacks on anybody who supported Holmseth, that eventually led to a litany of cases including:

Christopoher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, filed Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Lindsey Graham, Senate Judiciary Committee, to address the violations of Holmseth’s due process – Hallett also authored a Cease and Desist that was served upon the Polk County, Minnesota Sheriff’s Office by former Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Elk River, Minnesota.

Hallett was ASSASSINATED on November 15, 2020, in his Ocala, Florida, home – shot multiple times including a kill shot to the head.

The mainstream news immediately labeled Neely Petrie Blanchard, another victim of the cartel system who Hallett was assisting, as the murderer – calling Blanchard the “QAnon” mom and labeling Hallett and Blanchard as “Sovereign Citizens”.

Records show Hallett’s assassination had been publicly PREDICTED – Blanchard was a patsy.
