Telephones calls between President Donald Trump and Attorney Sidney Powell were secretly taped recorded at the direction of Attorney Lin Wood at his Tomotley Plantation in Yemassee, South Carolina – shortly before the election in 2020.

The revelation about the secret recordings were published by former Navy SEAL David Hancock who served as Executive Director of #Fightback.

On October 26, 2023, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported a statement by David Hancock.

“Aaron Vick is the former employee that thought it was funny to record President Trump’s phone call with Sidney Powell while at Tomotley. Since I had already placed Aaron Vick on probation for his involvement in a Puerto Rico COVID scam, Aaron was terminated immediately when I learned he recorded the President and for his utter lack of judgement. I understand that Aaron has stated on the record that Lin Wood asked him to record those conversations. I learned later that Aaron had already accepted a job as Lin Wood’s security manager approximately a week before I terminated him. Lin made Aaron an offer and hired Aaron without my knowledge. In the months before I quit working for Lin, he and I had several discussions via text and email about Aaron’s indiscretions in Puerto Rico. Notwithstanding his knowledge of Aaron’s troubles in Puerto Rico, Lin still chose to hire Aaron to manage his security,” David Hancock said.

On November 2, 2020, Hancock, a former Navy SEAL and CEO of Fortress Global LLC, who served for a period of time as the Executive Director of #Fightback and resided at Attorney Lin Wood’s Tomotley Plantation in Yemassee, South Carolina – sent a letter to Bernie Kerik regarding his (Hancock’s) resignation from #Fightback.

Hancock’s notion to notify Kerik that he was resigning from #Fightback makes sense, because according to Lin Wood, Kerik was on the Board of Directors of #Fightback.

In the September 2, 2020, email from Hancock to Kerik that Hancock sent shortly before the 2020 election, Hancock said, “It has been honor getting to know you over the last month,”.

The time period referenced by Hancock means he had been “getting to know” Kerik in October of 2020 – which is very interesting because according to Wood, he (Wood) met Bernie Kerik at casino mogul Steve Wynn’s mansion 7 months earlier in Palm Beach in March of 2020.

“I remember meeting Bernie Kerik over dinner at Steve Wynn’s mansion in Palm Beach, Florida in March of 2020. I later asked Bernie to serve on the Board of Directors of #FightBack. His stint was a brief one on the #FightBack Board as I asked him to step down within a couple months. I lived and learned,” Wood said on Telegram.

It is thought-provoking that Wood would say Bernie Kerik served on the Board of Directors of #Fightback for a “brief” “stint” – considering the fact Hancock’s email shows he (Hancock) was enjoying getting to know Kerik in October of 2020 – and that Hancock had been residing at Wood’s residence called Tomotley. Tomotley served as a command post where many high-profile figures including General Michael Flynn assembled to plan the overthrow of the United States Government.

“When I first met him, Bernie through a friend of his asked me if I could give him $500,000 to help him with what he claimed were $2M in outstanding legal fees,” Wood said.

Wood doesn’t elaborate on why Bernie Kerik would just up and ask him (Wood) to “give him” $500,000. It’s common sense that strangers don’t ask strangers for a half-million dollars.

“I told Bernie to set up a 501(c)(3) foundation and I would make a $500K donation. He told me he did not want to do so and asked that I pay him the $500K as a non-refundable retainer for doing investigative work for me. I did so. I wanted to help him as I thought at the time that Bernie was a patriot. Bernie never did ANY work for me,” Wood said.

Wood says in a Telegram post that he (Wood) met Bernie Kerik for the “first time” on March 6, 2020, at Steve Wynn’s mansion.

“Before a very elegant dinner on the evening of March 6, 2020, I spoke with Steve and Andrea in private and warned them to stay away from anything Jeffrey Epstein related,” Wood said.

“Andrea told me that Ghislaine Maxwell was a close friend. I also cautioned Steve to steer clear of Bill Gates. That comment seemed to irritate Steve. I then met Bernie Kerik that evening for the first time as Bernie was also a dinner guest. Early the next morning, I woke up to a phone call from Steve’s in-house lawyer informing me that I was fired and Steve had ordered that I leave (“get out of”) his mansion within 2 hours,” Wood said.
