When federal judge James Boasberg attempted to illegally assume the powers of the President of the United States by ordering extremely dangerous gang members to be brough back into the Country, after the gang members were already deported under the Aliens Enemy Act, the American People were able to catch a glimpse of the foreign army that is attempting to overthrow the United States Government whereby they are using the JUDICIAL BRANCH as a replacement for the EXECUTIVE BRANCH.

The exposure of the rapidly deteriorating foreign insurgency resulted in Minnesota Governor Tim Walz making a trip to Martins Ferry, Ohio on Monday, April 7, 2025.

While local news stations reported on Walz’s appearance across the region in Ohio, where the failed 2024 Presidential candidate simply babbled about nothing important to a few token chair-fillers, the real story behind the Walz trip is in regards to a shadowy team of foreign insurgents connected to Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the Martins Ferry Police Department – a cabal that has conspired, and is conspiring, with State and Federal Judges, (e.g., Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, Federal Judge James Boasberg, etc.) to usurp the power of the Executive Branch using foreign agents within the Judicial Branch. 

The Supreme Court’s recent 5-4 ruling that stopped Boasberg has helped the American People to understand just exactly WHERE they need to FOCUS.

The foreign enemy is everywhere.

The exposure of the foreign insurgent operation began in earnest in 2022 after a former administrative tribunal judge from Minnesota, Randi Lynn Erickson, received a text message containing an un-solicited photograph of a very small petite hairless “vagina” that showed no face, and appeared to possibly be a corpse because of strange bruising on the mid-section.

Erickson, who was being targeted for a frame-up because she escrowed Jeffrey Epstein evidence for FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth, telephoned multiple law enforcement agencies including the Martins Ferry Police Department and Belmont County Sheriff’s Office, who had jurisdiction on the matter regarding the transmission of the vagina photo, but recorded calls show those agencies were highly un-cooperative.

Evidence shows the suspicious vagina photograph was essentially planted on Erickson’s phone via an unwanted text – in a devious kind of plain sight tactic – as part of a larger and extended plot that required Erickson to become suspicious of the vagina photo and take the phone to her local law enforcement in Anoka County, Minnesota.

It was a Tim Walz trap.

Erickson didn’t take the bait – she called the Martins Ferry Police and Belmont County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio.

Erickson and Holmseth did however take the photo to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

The Martins Ferry Police Department (MFPD) REFUSED to investigate the photograph, but RATHER, the MFPD deployed a scheme wherein their city cops conspired with County officials to use the power and letterhead of the Executive Branch (STATE OF OHIO) to FALSELY criminally charge out-of-stater Randi Lynn Erickson under an Ohio statute for “stalking” in the City of Martin’s Ferry – as well as criminally charge War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth with “Complicity to Stalking” (because Holmseth reported to the public about the photograph) – despite neither Erickson nor Holmseth being physically with each other – and neither Erickson nor Holmseth being in the State of Ohio.

It was a militarized hoax involving attorneys, cops, and judges that were cleverly gaming the judicial system.

It was a judicial scam wherein the Judiciary impersonates the Executive and goes around the federal court (multiple states involved) – so the judiciary can achieve POWER that the judiciary does NOT actually have.

Through this scheme, the STATE OF OHIO became classified as the ‘VICTIM’ of the “Stalking” which meant NO HUMAN BEING VICTIM was required to sign an affidavit and thus, would never be required to attend any hearings or trial. This means the accused cannot face and cross-examine his/her accuser, which violates the United States Constitution.

Evidence shows that enemy insurgents are deploying this tactic with military precision using people who ARE NOT UNITED STATES CITIZENS (but they cannot be questioned in Court about their Citizenship or DACA Status).

Court records and recorded phone calls show the experienced former government judge Randi Erickson telephoned the Belmont County Clerk of Court, Cynthia Fregiato, and requested proof that the Clerk of Court and Belmont County Attorney’s Office who were bringing the bogus concocted charges, actually possessed a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY [required] from the Executive Branch (i.e., Ohio Attorney General’s Office) directing the Judicial Branch to file criminal charges on behalf of the Executive Branch (i.e. STATE OF OHIO) against two private citizens (Holmseth and Erickson) from other States.

Fregiato did not have a Certificate of Authority.

FBI operative William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, who, according to court records in the Eastern District of Tennessee may actually be one and the same as the infamous FBI informant and Boston mobster James (Whitey) Bulger, publicly stated he was sent a copy of the “vagina” photo. Murtaugh said he attended a meeting between the FBI in Florida and the TBI in Tennessee regarding the vagina photo. Murtaugh said the investigation identified the adult in the vagina photo by searching “Shave Pussy“.

The “vagina” photo was submitted to the FBI in OHIO by War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth and is now in the possession of FBI Director Kash Patel.

The photo and evidence are also in the files of Attorney Steven Scott Biss, the lawyer for the U.S. State Department, personal lawyer of FBI Director Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, Devin Nunes, Robert David Steele, Michaael Flynn and family, Timothy Charles Holmseth, and Randi Lynn Erickson.
