The Florida federal case filed by Jessie Marie Czebotar involving caged children in Wyoming – a case that has now been saturated with high strangeness by an interloper who claims she was raped by Bruce Springsteen – and also claims an FBI operative named William Kevin Murtaugh raped and murdered her small child granddaughter named “Justice” – has now become so suspicious it may a matter of public safety and national security.

On April 17, 2025, the Clerk of Court for the Florida Middle District Court in Tampa entered Document 31 into Case Number 8:24-cv-02988 – the document was filed by a non-party from New Mexico calling herself Annette Rose Church.

The Plaintiff in the case is Jessie Marie Czebotar who is the Chaplain of a minor child who reported to Czebotar that he is being gang-raped by groups of men while filmed by his stepmother Andrea Neumiller, who told the minor child she is selling the videos on the Web to “pay the bills”. The minor child testifies he has been forced to participate in military training and has been forced to participate in satanic rituals and cannibalism. The child testifies he knows the location of children in Wyoming where children are being held in cages. The child even knows the names of children who are being held in cages and the number above the cage. 

The court filing by Annette Rose Church is highly suspicious, beginning with the fact that although Annette Rose Church does not know Jessie Marie Czebotar, she (Church) mailed something to Jessie Marie Czebotar and wrote “Chaplain” on it – attempting to create the false appearance that Czebotar is her Chaplain (in an apparent attempt to establish a legal relationship). Czebotar did not open that mail piece but rather forwarded it to her escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.

Document 31 contains scans made by the U.S. Clerk of Court in Tampa. The scans contain images of envelopes the Clerk of Court received. One image is a Certified Mail (green in color) receipt with U.S. Postal Service tracking number 9589071052701489947470. However – as of today’s date (April 23, 2025) that package is classified as undelivered “In Transit” and has absolutely no activity since April 11, 2025.

WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR OPINION AND THOUGHTS AMERICA 

We are perplexed as to HOW the U.S. Clerk of Court in Tampa could scan in Certified Mail sent from Albuquerque, New Mexico and enter it into the court file in Florida, when the United States Postal Service shows the mail piece is “In Transit” and has not moved since April 11, 2025.

And then there is yet another envelope scanned by the Clerk. The envelop has a handwritten  RETURN ADDRESS that says, “Clerk of Court – Tampa Division – 302 North Florida Avenue – Tampa, FL, 33602-3849 – and a RECIPENT NAME of Annette Rose-Church, War Correspondent – Texian American National/Texan American [illegible] care of Eden Rose House/Ranch/Farm, 777 Eden Way, Eden, Bexar County, Republic of Texas, (re-inhabited) care of rural r 245 South 3rd Street [Santa Rosa, the New MEXICO 88435]. The envelope has a postal stamp in the right top corner but has not been stamped by the U.S. Postal Service.

We recognize it is possible that the envelope with the handwritten RETURN ADDRESS of the Clerk of Court may have been inserted into the Certified Mail piece as your proverbial Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE).

However – we are nonetheless confused as to HOW the U.S. Clerk of Court in Tampa received the Certified Mail piece in the first place because the USPS system says it has not been delivered.

On April 15, 2025, (two days before the April 17, 2025, Annette Rose Church filing was entered by the clerk) the Court issued an ORDER closing the case along with directions to Jessie Czebotar and/or Kara Neumiller to exhaust their attempts for remedy through local law enforcement in Wyoming and/or the United States Attorney’s Office in Wyoming. NEUMILLER CZEBOTAR ORDER FLORIDA WYOMING

EVIDENCE SHOWS there is a conspiracy to tamper with this case by agents of the same foreign power that targeted President Donald Trump and continue to attack the United States through enemies that have been installed into the Judicial System and are advancing military objectives against the United States while disguising themselves as judges and attorneys etc.
