U.S. Court records published on PACER reveal that on December 26, 2024, the Clerk entered a Title 42: 1981 Civil Rights Case that was filed in Tampa, Florida – Case Number 8:24-cv-02988, by Kara Neumiller, [REDACTED], Terri Minchow, and John Minchow who are named as  co-Plaintiffs against Defendants Jacob Neumiller, Andrea Neumiller, Mike Neumiller, Casper Wyoming Education System, Wyoming state and local governments, Casper, Wyoming Doctors, Wyoming National Guard, Natrona County Sheriff’s Department, Casper, Wyoming DFS, Casper, Wyoming FBI under Natrona County, Natrona County District Court, Natrona County churches and Archdiocese, and Casper, Wyoming Police.

The U.S. Court document also named Jessie Marie Czebotar as the “Movant”.

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has learned that the horrors occurring in Wyoming where children are being held in numbered cages, and forced to participate in cannibalism, were reported to the Polk County Sheriff Office of Grady Judd in Florida, which produced an INCIDENT REPORT.
