JUDY NOTE: RED OCTOBER IS COMING IN HOT AND HEAVY. The apparent manmade Hurricane Helene was the first indication as it appeared just a few days after the UN declared their “Pact for the Future”.

In their Pact for the Future Globalists unleashed digital IDs, handed unchecked power to the World Health Organization, and crafted a blueprint for total control through digital gold-backed Bitcoin and Token currency that only they had control over.

The Cabal appeared to have well planned the devastation of Hurricane Helene in Red States. Reports from Whistleblowers said that in the weeks prior to Hurricane Helene’s landfall the privately owned US Inc.’s HAARP facility ramped up it’s High Frequency Activity; their Military conducted Weather Modification tests in cloud seeding and atmospheric manipulation experiments in the Atlantic Ocean and days before the Storm hit in North Carolina unmarked Military convoys moved into position, while planes were seen suspiciously flying over the Storm’s path as it happened.

Right now another twin-like storm was brewing that appeared destined to go on the same path as Hurricane Helene. Worse, Antifa-type groups were ready for the upheaval and were shutting off Truckers trying to get supplies to their destination in the Red States.

Do you really think it’s a coincidence that Hurricane Helene hit shore just before the International Longshormen’s Strike commenced at ports across the East, West, Gulf Coasts, along with a “sister strike” in Canada? The strike which began Tues. 1 Oct. shuts down 36 US ports which handle roughly half of the goods shipped in and out of the US. This strike could lead to significant disruptions in the international supply chain, potentially causing delays and price increases for a wide range of goods including food items.

The strike fit in with the Cabal’s agenda for a Worldwide food supply shortage – a secure way to control the World population. They were also using Chemtrails to contaminate food production worldwide – though that surprisingly was not the most decrepit scenario they were carrying out.

Since at least 2015 the FBI, USDA and FDA have known that the Illuminati-Owned McDonalds International and other fast food outlets such as Burger King and Dominos have been using child human remains in their meat.

And, since at least 2022 the FBI, USDA and FDA have known that that the Fluoride added to municipal water sources causes neurological damage in children. Plus those same federal agencies appear to support Cabal Companies that were taking down the small farmer, while poisoning our food supply with chemical-laced manmade food.

To add to the Cabal’s planned chaos agenda and according to a Tier 2 technician at Verizon, on Mon. 30 Sept. there was a deliberate and unauthorized shutdown of the U.S. electrical grid that specifically targeted cell towers, starting locally and expanding nationwide. Verizon has experienced the most significant impact, with other carriers also affected due to their reliance on Verizon’s infrastructure. The systematic nature of this shutdown indicates it was likely executed with ill intent rather than being a simple system malfunction.

 

 

And just what is the Biden-Harris Admin doing about all this. Well, they approved a $567,000,000 military package for Taiwan. In the past seven days they have sent military aid packages to Ukraine for $8,000,000,000; to Israel for $8,700,000,000 and to Taiwan for $563,000,000 for a total of $17,263,000,000. At the same time just how much have they allocated for Hurricane Helene victims? I heard a million or so. Trump just donated $25 million of his own money to Hurricane Helene victims.

Biden was blaming Hurricane Helene on Climate Change, but in reality our Cabal run US Inc. Government was deliberately unleashing weaponized devastation on their own innocent people to serve their agenda of fear, control and global domination – and the Red October problems were only just beginning.

· Mon. 30 Sept. 2024 Hurricane Helene: This storm is unprecedented. News for the radio stations that we are getting is mostly coming from ham operators. It’s apocalyptic. Sinkholes opening up, power lines and trees down everywhere, roads are impassable in places, you have to find goat trails to get around in some cases. Transformers and power lines down on major roads, mudslides, whole towns are gone. Holes opening up everywhere. Hospitals are closed, 911 service is spotty. Hot Springs, Marshall and Chimney Rock all wiped off the face of the earth. Not flooded. GONE. The lake lure dam burst so anyone that didn’t evacuate is dead. We just got cell phone service but communication is spotty. Rivers are creating 10-15 feet above record flooding levels. Trees still falling. Emergency crews are overwhelmed just trying to save lives or find people trapped in mudslides. I did see some military vehicles today and some out of town utility workers. I think they’re sending people. People are beginning to panic and act crazy. Black Mountain, North Carolina, is getting some gas, food, and needed supplies. The federal and state governments said they were unreachable, so the people took into their own hands to deliver through a single passable roadway. American patriots are the life blood of our nation. They’re talking about Martial Law (according to my pastor who works for DOT). Please pray for us that we can recover and don’t get hit with another storm. It’s a 1000 year storm. Dear Faithful Patriot Friends and Family,

This is exciting! Fasten your seatbelts. Two amazing miracles appear to have started cooking; one in the Utah Court and the other in Federal Court in Salt Lake City.

First, last week we told you that we prevailed in the Utah State Court when Judge Christine Johnson finally, after three years, lifted the “vexatious litigant” order that had blocked our ability to file critical documents to defend ourselves, which led to our conviction in June 2022. All was due to a fraud committed on her unsuspecting court by unindicted co-conspirators.

So yesterday, we were able to file a powerful “defendant motion to set aside verdict”, spearheaded by Raland Brunson. We told the court of NEW evidence that proves the house they said we “burglarized” was actually still in our name at the time. Just like we said. An American Fork Police Department Officer actually testified of that at the federal trial. If Judge Johnson grants our motion that could mean all charges being dropped, and Barbara’s warrant disappear, and the 364-day sentence I just served being bogus! That would vindicate and exonerate us completely. This is what we’ve been praying for, and that the fraud on the court that led to our conviction be overturned.

Secondly, on Tuesday we learned of a brand new supreme court decision on a foreign earned income tax case (not like ours) called MOORE vs UNITED STATES where all nine justices agreed that income tax authority comes from Article 1 Section 8 Clause 1 out of the Constitution only! It’s complicated, but simply stated SCOTUS essentially has said that the 16th Amendment in the way the IRS fraudulently uses it, as a “direct federal income tax” is not lawful. The IRS has argued for decades that people like Barbara and I don’t know the law and are “frivolous” and they took us to court and now here I am still in jail 395 days later. Well, the Supreme court just blew their argument out of the water!

In other words, the MOORE case side issue about tax authority is THE main issue in our case. This means that if we can get our case to the Supreme Court on an emergency appeal then Barbara and I may have the privilege of driving the wooden stake directly through the heart of the vampire IRS, killing it once and for all. The Supreme Court has teed it up for us. So, today, we filed a judicial notice, brilliantly drafted by Tom Freed, alerting the court that the argument used by the prosecutors for the United States and the jury instructions given to the jury by the judge were wrong (because SCOTUS said so, in essence) and that the case must be dismissed and that I must be immediately released!

My mother is having her 90th birthday on October 7th and I have a right to my freedom to be with her at her big party. Right? Wouldn’t that be wonderful!

On Monday I will be filing a reply motion requesting an emergency hearing for that very thing and will tell the court that even if you don’t agree with the SCOTUS decision, the law allows you to let me out until sentencing with or without an ankle monitor because I am NOT a danger to society and ankle monitors have been proven reliable. So, you have NO legitimate excuse to stop my pre-sentence release. Open my jail cell door today, please!
