Is Hernandez Really Dead?
When I first heard Hernandez hung himself, I was suprised. The arrogant schmuck showed no remorse, ever.
They say he hung himself from a window in the cell with his bed sheet. So they give bedsheets to prisoners these days? Hmm.
“Absolutely no chance he took his own life,” agent Brian Murphy said on Twitter, per the Herald.
Now, some are thinking he was murdered, but I have other suspicions.

Though Hernandez was convicted in 2015 of murdering Odin L. Lloyd of Boston, Hernandez’s appeal was not complete. Abatement ab initio means “from the beginning,” Healy said, and it means that upon a person’s death, if they have not exhausted their legal appeals, their case reverts to its status at the beginning — it’s as if the trial and conviction never happened.

This Abatement ab initio is pretty rare. It was used for a Catholic priest who was in prison for pedophilia, and once for an abortion clinic shooter. The story is Hernandez had John 3:16 wrote on his forehead in his own blood, and his bible was open to John 3:16. Tebow time.
