PS-> There are several theoretical methods to “steer” hurricanes:
1) Decrease temperature over the water on one side, will make the hurricane “run
over the cold path”… achieved with the REFLECTION of LIGHT (with a giant oily stain over
the sea, only tenths of millimeter thick, but it will work, decreasing temperature pressure).
2) Increasing temperature of the central donut shaped cloud of the hurricane…
this will make it EXPAND. This can be achieved with a powerful radar tuned
to the frequences of water, that will absorb that energy, the cloud will get bigger,
less dense, will rotate slowly and could even CLOSE the lower entrance of
air into the EYE of HURRICANE, making of it a giant dumb cloud slowly

3) Cooling the incoming humid air with liquid N2 and making it rain with Ag-Iodide…
it will make it rain, reducing the mass and the energy of the hurricane. Also inside
the EYE, it will become denser, heavier and could stop the movement upwards.
4) Cooling all the system of the hurricane, with upper stratosphere chemtrails.
5) CHARGING with + electricity the hurricane, even a small positive charge could
be guided by a powerful electron beam, in the high atmosphere.
