Alliance Family Of Companies Enters Agreement To Acquire Coastal Diagnostics Group

IRVING, Texas (MMD Newswire) October 21, 2015 — Alliance Family of Companies has entered into an agreement to acquire Coastal Diagnostics Group of South Daytona, Florida. The acquisition is part of Alliance’s strategic plan to operate in all 50 states, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012, Coastal Diagnostics Group is the premier provider of neurodiagnostic services in the state of Florida. The company offers electroencephalography (EEG), the most specific test for diagnosing epilepsy and other disorders because it records the electrical activity of the brain. Coastal Diagnostic’s ambulatory EEG provides hospital-quality testing in the privacy of a patient’s home.
