Hillary was not held accountable despite clearly violating the Espionage Act. When congressional investigators tried to determine how much classified information she potentially exposed to hostile nations, she destroyed subpoenaed evidence in an example of obstruction of justice that was arrogant even by Clinton standards. Her campaign flooded the Internet and the rest of the media with misinformation by commissioning the notorious Steele Dossier.
The students must not have known all this, or instead of rolling their eyes they would have been hurling rotten tomatoes.
