This could be one out of two things, first it could be the night of the shooting, but several hours later after having been attended by paramedics. Or this could be from the later arrest and charge scene which was four months after the fact.
either way, if I had been Zimmerman and was being attacked by a strong young man who I did not know, (and legally NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO HIT YOU) I would have shot him too.

The reason the NBC videon was not shown in court is because the blood was edited out. The same footage shown on another network showed Zimmerman’s injuries AND the blood.
