Don’t forget that Turmeric is poorly absorbed by the body. So, for best asorption you take black pepper right along with it. Preferrably Black peppercorns. But, ground pepper works fine, too.

I have arthritis mainly in my thumbs and sometimes have a difficult time holding onto things or I`ve got trouble selecting things up. Yes! This list is basically my entire diet. I have been working with a nutritionist to lower inflammation and it has helped tremendously. Although of course I cheat every now and then, but I definitely notice my body react almost immediately. Thanks for sharing these powerful foods!

Telling people to cook with olive oil is uninformed and ignorant. Olive oil should never be used for cooking as it turns unstable when heated and becomes carcinogenic. Use coconut oil, avocado oil or macadamia nut oil instead.

STAY AWAY FROM SEAFOOD OF ANY KIND!!! Fukashima will continue poisoning the fish, sea life and us if we don’t start using restraint with seafood intake. Most of the big predotory fish like Tuna and Salmon especially Pacific Ocean caught are full of radiation and poisons from the on going Fukashima disaster. ive used tumeric, ground avacado seed and black pepper ….. within 5 minutes no knee or hip pain!!! i highly suggest it …..u ground the avacado seed to a powder, mix in tumeric and black pepper mix it with beans eat it and no more pain ….😘

I’d like to say that the fish is actually Pro-Inflammatory due to the carcinogenic Compounds and Sulfuric acids. It’s very hard to actually find any source of meat without those things in them

Id like to point out if you put garlic oil on your skin you would burn yourself. I think you mean garlic juice. Also cooking with oilive oil is not recommended especially at high temperatures. never smoke olive oil
