Probably every time when we visit our doctor he says that we need to consume fruits and vegetables as much as possible. But do we actually practise that? Or is it just a temporary change?

4 bananas

3 apples

3 kiwis

handful of kale

Method of preparation:

Just place these ingredients in a blender along with a cup of water and conbine the items into a smooth liquid. If too thick, consider adding a small amount of water before blending again.

Use: In the morning drink half a liter of this juice and the consume the rest periodically during the entire day.

      Guys it’s SIMPLE.
      Simple-simple-simple…
      Just do not eat sugar!
      Eggs, cheese, butter, chicken, vegetables and many more foods contain zero sugar and low carbohydrates.
      Bananas, apples, kiwi etc. might contain some sugars (as fructose) but at least they are bursting with flavours, vitamins, fibre and nutrition.

      Point is: you don’t have to eat only raw fruit. You can eat almost anything!
      But the one thing you CANNOT eat is sugar.
      Do not ingest refined sugar (a man-made product) which is 100% calories and zero nutrition, at all cost…
