Ah c’mon man. She’s actually a good looking gal in my opinion. Either way, eating bananas for 12 days is bad is that will damage your kidneys. Renal failure occurs with over-consumption of bananas. Maybe try 12 days of kale or collards instead?

Well, this is all great – except for the low-fat part!
Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating sugar does.
People need to eat more fats and get a higher percentage of their calories from good fats.
Butter is nature’s perfect wonder food! Containing zero carbohydrates and zero sugar.
