BP / Gulf Oil Spill - Radar Comes Through Again

But it is also an area of calm winds; the surface wind speed was measured at <a href=”http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=42012″>Buoy 42012</a> at 1 meter per second, gusting to 2 m/s, at the time this image was acquired.
