Nguyên liệu:

Chè tổ yến thập cẩm
-Yến sào:20g, tổ yến lớn thì 1 tai, tổ yến nhỏ thì 2 tai
-Hạt sen:10 hạt
-Đường phèn: 20g
-Táo đỏ: 10 trái
-Bạch quả: 10 hạt

Cách làm món chè tổ yến thập cẩm:
Sau khi chuẩn bị xong nguyên liệu, các bạn thực hiên theo các bước sau:
Bước 1: Ngâm yến sào bằng nước ấm khoảng 2 tiếng cho nở mềm, nhặt sạch lông. Quý vị có thể thêm khảo thêm ở bài cách làm sạch tổ yến.
Bước 2: Hạt sen, táo đỏ, bạch quả, mỗi thứ luộc riêng cho mềm ra.
Bước 3: Cho đường vào nồi với 2 chén nước nấu tan đường phèn ra, rồi lược sạch cặn.
Bước 4: Cho tất cả vào thố chưng cách thủy 45 phút là được.
