Hướng dẫn nấu ăn dạy cách làm gỏi khổ qua tôm
Để là nộm mướp đắng bạn cần chuẩn bị những nguyên liệu sau:
- 1 trái mướp đắng
- 100g tôm
- Nửa củ cà rốt
- 1/4 củ hành tây
- Ít lạc rang
- Tỏi, ớt để làm nước mắm
- Gia vị: muối, nước mắm, đường, chanh.
Cách làm:
Bước 1:
Mướp đắng rửa sạch, bổ đôi theo chiều dọc, dùng thìa cạo sạch ruột. Cắt thành lát mỏng vừa ăn, cho vào tô, thêm tí muối để trong khoảng 15 phút cho mướp đắng ra bớt nước
Cà rốt cắt sợi nhỏ, hành tây thái sợi mỏng, cho vào tô khác, cũng thêm vào chút muối để trong khoảng 15 phút giống như mướp đắng, lưu ý bạn đừng cho nhiều muối quá kẻo mặn.
Bước 2:
Trong thời gian chờ đợi, bạn pha bát nước mắm chua ngọt theo khẩu vị của gia đình mình
Bước 3:
Tôm rửa sạch, lấy chỉ, cho vào nồi luộc sơ cho đến khi tôm chín thì lấy ra lột vỏ, cắt làm đôi để khi trộn tôm được thấm gia vị.
Bước 4:
Lần lượt vắt mướp đắng, hành tây, cà rốt cho ra hết nước rồi cho vào tô trộn, thêm tôm đã lột vỏ vào, chan nước mắm lên.
Rắc lên ít lạc rang, trộn đều và múc ra đĩa dùng.
