Nguyên liệu
- 100g thịt ba rọi
- 100g tôm thẻ
- 50g xà lách
- 80g rau sống
- Khoảng 10 lá cải bẹ xanh vừa.
- Cọng hành lá, ớt sừng thái sợi, ngò rí.
- 2 gói Mì Nissin Xí Quách Thịt Bằm (bao gồm 2 gói gia vị khô và 2 gói gia vị súp)
- Dầu thực vật, dầu tỏi
- Nước mắm chua ngọt ăn kèm.
Thực hiện
1. Thịt ba rọi heo rửa sạch, luộc chín, cắt miếng mỏng. Tôm thẻ luộc chín, bỏ đầu vỏ, chừa đuôi. Xà lách rau sống rửa sạch. Cải bẹ xanh rửa sạch. Cọng hành lá chần sơ
2. Cho mì ra tô. Chế nước sôi vào tô. Đậy nắp chờ 2 phút, vớt mì ra rưới 1 muỗng nhỏ dầu tỏi vào, cho 1 gói gia vị khô và 2 gói gia vị súp vào, trộn đều. Đặt chảo lên bếp, cho mì vào xào áp chảo mì cho săn.
3. Trải miếng cải bẹ xanh bên dưới. Cho xà lách và rau sống vào. Lần lượt cho tôm, thịt, mì vào. Cuốn hình phễu. Dùng cọng hành lá chần định vị cuốn diếp.
4. Cho ra dĩa, trang trí với ngò rí, ớt sừng thái sợi và nước mắm chua ngọt ăn kèm.
