- Bột gạo: 50g
- Nước lạnh : 110g
- Bột năng : 1m
- Tôm : 100g
- Hành lá :
- Ớt sừng xanh : 1 trái
- Da heo khô : 10g
- Muối , đường , bột ngọt , nước mắm , dầu ăn
+ Cách làm :
1/ Sơ chế :
- Tôm bỏ đầu , rửa sạch
- Hành lá rửa sạch , cắt nhuyễn cho vào một chút muối trộn đều
- Ớt sừng lấy muỗng xắn nhỏ cho vào chén nước chấm
2/ Chế biến :
- Bột nhào với nước lược qua rây cho vào một chút dầu
- Tôm luộc ít nước , để nước luộc tôm nấu nước chấm
- Đun nóng 1 vá dầu cho vào 1 chén hành lá
- Da heo khô chiên giòn cắt nhỏ
- Tôm lột vỏ nhuộm màu gạch tôm ( màu thực phẩm ) cho vào cối quết nhuyễn , cho vào chảo chấy không dầu cho một ít muối , bột ngọt
- Quậy đều bột đổ 2/3 chén hấp 5p lửa lớn cho bánh chín
3/ Yêu cầu thành phẩm
- Bánh xoáy , bột mềm , mặt mịn
-Nước mắm ngọt thanh
- Tôm màu đẹp , thơm , không bị khô
