Chẹp chẹp, món này có thạch kết hợp với hoa quả thơm ngon, kem mát lạnh và sirô nữa nè. Ngon lắm đó nha cả nhà!
Nguyên liệu cần có:
- 1 hộp thạch rau câu
- 500ml nước
- 2 muỗng canh đường
- Hoa quả: kiwi, chuối, dâu tây…
- Kem, sirô, hạt trân châu
- 1 khay đựng hoặc hộp
Cùng làm nhé:
Bước 1:
Các ấy đổ nước và bột thạch vào nồi này.
Bước 2:
Rồi khuấy đều và đun trên bếp với lửa trung bình.
Bước 3:
Sau khi sôi, bạn cho thêm đường, khuấy đều đun thêm khoảng 2 phút nữa.
Bước 4:
Sau đó, nhanh chóng đổ hỗn hợp ra khuôn đợi cho mát, rồi bạn để trong tủ lạnh khoảng 20 phút nè.
Bước 5:
Khi thạch đông, bạn cắt thạch thành các viên hình vuông nhỏ.
Bạn cho thạch ra bát, xếp các lát hoa quả cắt nhỏ, kem, trân châu hay bất cứ đồ ăn kèm nào mà bạn thích.
Cuối cùng, bạn rưới thêm chút sirô lên trên là có thể chén ngon lành rồi.
