Tự học nấu ăn với món canh thịt bò giá đổ. Tự tay nấu món canh ngon cho gia đình và người thân của mình thật hạnh phúc phải không nào.
Nguyên liệu:
- 200 g thịt bò.
- 200 g giá đỗ.
- 1 lá rong biển, 1 nhánh gừng nhỏ, 2 tép tỏi tươi.
- Hạt tiêu, mắm, bột ớt, hạt nêm, hành lá
Cách chế biến:
- Thịt bò rửa sạch, thái mỏng. Muốn thịt dễ thái thì bạn cho vào tủ đá khoảng 30 phút trước khi thái.
- Ướp vào bát thịt bò 2 thìa nhỏ mắm, 1 thìa nhỏ hạt nêm, chút tiêu, gừng và tỏi băm nhỏ.
- Tay đeo găng nylon sạch, trộn đều hỗn hợp thịt bò với gia vị, ướp từ 30 phút đến 1 tiếng.
- Giá đỗ rửa thật sạch.
- Ngắt bỏ đầu và rễ của giá.
- Cho dầu ăn vào nồi, bật bếp lửa lớn, cho thịt bò vào xào khoảng 3 phút.
- Đổ 2 bát con nước lọc vào nồi, thêm lá rong biển vào.
- Khi nồi canh sôi, hớt bỏ bọt.
- Rồi cho giá đỗ vào, thêm bột ớt cay, nêm nếm lại tùy sở thích và khẩu vị.
- Tắt bếp ngay khi nồi vừa sôi trở lại, thêm hành lá hoặc hành tây thái nhỏ vào, rắc hạt tiêu lên bề mặt, múc ra dùng nóng với cơm.
