- 3 quả trứng gà hoặc vịt

Cách làm:
- Chúng ta tách lòng đỏ và lòng trắng trứng để riêng ra 2 bát này.
- Sau đó đem đánh bông lên với một xíu gia vị rồi tráng thật mỏng.
- Tiếp theo, chúng ta thái trứng thành từng sợi nhỏ như thế này.
- Cuối cùng, rau mầm sau khi rửa sạch, để ráo nước, bỏ vào bát to, đổ trứng vào, sau đó thêm giấm, đường, gia vị vào trộn đều. Bạn có thể gia giảm vị chua ngọt vừa khẩu vị với mình. Rắc thêm vừng cho thơm nữa là xong rồi đấy.
- Món nộm này đơn giản và dễ làm cực kỳ. Ăn nộm vừa mát lại vừa đỡ ngán nếu như bữa ăn của mình có quá nhiều món béo ngậy.
