As a member of the SWAT Team for over 16 years, Rich was an Entry Team Leader where he planned and conducted hazardous warrants, hostage rescues, barricaded persons operations. He is a TCLEOSE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education) Firearms Instructor and instructs in both Carbine and Pistol, Specialty Impact Munitions (SIMS), Distraction Devices, Chemical Agents and Personal Security Detail (PSD). Rich is currently assigned to the Dallas Police Departments Criminal Intelligence-Dignitary Protection Unit.

You can see, the guy looks different in the two pics, but is the same guy with sunglasses on head, and holding something in right hand. Notice how Emberlin fits both profiles.
