It seems the cloud seeding in the mountains causes droughts in the valley. I would suspect this is because the chemical used is Silver Iodide (Agl), or better known as silver salt. Now, you spray salt in the air to produce water, the rain drop will only fall when the salt is diluted enough, so it could be in Mississippi before it actually falls out of the atmosphere. And the silver particles never dilute, and end up in the gills of the fish and the roots of the trees.
