Clear Air Seeding = Chemtrails
Andy Detwiler is a climate scientist who now works for South Dakota School of Mines.
He has an extensive publication list of cloud seeding research, including several with Bernard Vonnegut, who invented cloud seeding with silver iodide for GE. But one particular paper caught my eye. It’s a blueprint on how to make chemtrails on a clear day. It’s called Clear Air Seeding
At the beggining of the abstract, Detwiler explains,
” Aircraft contrails generally utilize only a small fraction of the available water vapor in excess of ice saturation, before they settle out of the moist layer in which they were created. “
This is saying that IF an aircraft does create a natural contrail, that will soon settle back to the natural surrounding conditions of clear air. Detwiler goes on to lay out an extensive method to create persistant contrails using lead and silver iodide. There is much reading to do if one wants to learn the truth, but now I will go on to show you HOW they are doing it. It’s with a nozzle, part no. 314A2630 and it looks like this.
