Woman Drinks Gallon of Water Every Day for Four Weeks and the Final Picture Results Are Shocking

Before and after pictures are useless unless taken under the same lighting conditions, distance, and focal length of the lens.

Surely it is good to drink 2-3 liter filtered water / day, but how much it will show in face might be also individual. Especially if having skin decease it is good to drink lots. Besides at least it is not harmful.
