Red Alert! The Surreal New Law Every American Must Resist

A stream can rise no higher than it’s source. So don’t be surprised when the source of the laws in this country come from the sewer known as Washington D.C.

It has been nearly two years, since reports first broke out on the dangers of creating a law enforcement run Mental Health Assessment (MHA) program. In Texas, police use MHA’s to “screen” every person they’ve arrested for mental illness.

But the TAPS Act, first introduced in January, would take law enforcement screenings to a whole new level. It would create a national threat assessment of children and adults.

In the course of six months the Threat Assessment, Prevention and Safety (TAPS) Act (H.R. 838) has seen support of the bill grow to nearly 80 Congress members.

Politicians are master manipulators and patient opportunists. What better way to garner public support for a national threat assessment program than to introduce it during National Police Week.

And who better to pick than Congresswoman Katie Hill who laid it on thick with the help of some of her pals including Brian Babin of California. Here’s what he had to say (clip)

“We do this first to honor the sacrifice of these men and women in blue, who put their life on the line every single day to protect us in the vital role that law enforcement plays in the safety and well-being of our communities and our districts,” said Babin in his opening statement.

“And secondly to highlight a bipartisan solution — that we all are working on — to protect our communities and schools from the terrible acts of violence that we have seen, and are getting to be almost routine.”

What’s is plea for EVERY infringement of human freedom? Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedoms it is the argument of these tyrants and its the creed of the slaves who support them.

Hill was was not only joined by Brian Babin, but also conservative favorite Dan Crenshaw, from Texas; Abigail Spanberger from Virginia; and Gary Palmer from Alabama for a bipartisan press conference.

Taken at face value, the TAPS Act sounds like a noble attempt to stop school shootings but, as always with politicians and their order following law enforcers…nothing is ever as it seems.

TheTAPS Act would encourage law enforcement to give everyone a personal threat assessment (kids and adults) and single out those they deem as FUTURE threats. Guys you don’t even have to have committed a crime…law enforcers and their political handlers can declare you a future criminal and arrest you today. Check out the wording from HR 838 itself.

As mass casualty attacks continue to be a threat to public safety, it is clear that a proactive solution is needed in order to prevent FUTURE tragedies. By the time we are reacting, it is too late. By bringing threat assessment experts together, and utilizing evidence-based behavioral threat assessment and management processes, we can bolster public safety by implementing strategies to identify and stop dangerous individuals BEFORE they can commit an act of violence. (this is twilight zone level INSANITY and TYRANNY! This is MINORITY REPORT in real life) We have the expertise to combat the targeted violence plaguing our schools, places of worship, and public spaces, but we have yet to fully implement it to prevent attacks.

The TAPS Act has all the earmarks of a paranoid police state that arbitrarily considers everyone as a potential threat.

The TAPS Act will “Establish the Joint Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management TaskForce to develop a National Strategy to prevent targeted violence through threat assessment and management, and evidence-based processes to identify individuals that exhibit patterns of dangerous behavior that may PRECEDE an act of targeted violence. The TaskForce will be comprised of threat assessment experts from multiple FEDERAL agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (that equals more federal government in your life) in addition to state and local law enforcement as well as mental health service professionals.” What could possibly go wrong?

According to Senators Marco Rubio, Kyrsten Sinemea and Thom Tillis, the TAPS Act will create a national behavioral threat assessment and management process for everyone.

It Requires the Task Force’s recommendations for the development of a NATIONAL Strategy

Bills like this mean, America has joined paranoid government’s like China and Switzerland who consider kids to be potential threats.

“Last Wednesday the Swiss government proposed new laws aimed at preventing extremist violence and forcing people including children deemed a threat to be registered with authorities, with house arrest a last resort in some cases.”

Didn’t we learn anything from incarcerating Japanese Americans and the war against Communism?

The never-ending war on terror and the TAPS Act should not be used as an excuse to destroy our ANYONE’s individual freedoms for a little government-promised security. And if you give up your liberty to nibble on the government’s promise of security you deserve neither liberty nor security!

I want you to take a look at something…how’s this for walking in the darkness. Brian Babin uploaded this video to his youtube channel on May 17^th and it has no running count on likes vs dislikes and what’s more telling is that he disabled the comments. Why? Because he doesn’t want thinking Americans weighing in on what THEY think of his freedom-snatching law. It would make him and his collegues look bad to see millions of downvotes and comments from angry Americans who don’t want one more nanoparticle of their freedoms taken away. What I may do is upload the highlights of this video on my channel with commentary. That way American’s can let their voice be heard. The people of America need to know that more than 80 congressional corporate employees have signed on to this infringement of our freedoms and we need to wad it up in shove it back in their faces. Or cram it where the sun don’t shine.

There ya go…NEW GRANTS. This bill is another way of bleeding tax cattle of more of their money. Money that’s going to go toward making those cattle less and less free.
