Here is an excerpt of dialogue between Delegate Kathy Tran and House Majority Leader Todd Gilbert from the hearing for Virginia House Bill No. 2491 held in January:
Gilbert: “No, I’m talking about your bill. How late in the third trimester could a physician perform an abortion if he indicated it would impair the mental health of the women?”
Tran: “Or physical health”
Gilbert: “Okay. I’m talking about the mental health.”
Tran: “Through the third trimester. The third trimester goes all the way up to 40 weeks.”
Gilbert: “Okay. But to the end of the third trimester?”
Tran: “Yep. I don’t think we have a limit in the bill.”
Gilbert: “So, where it is obvious a woman is about to give birth, that she had physical signs that she is about to give birth. Would that still be a point at which she could request an abortion if she was so certified? She’s dilating.”
Tran: “Mr. Chairman, that would be a decision that the doctor, the physician and the woman would make at that point.”
Gilbert: “I understand that. I am asking if your bill allows that.”
Tran: “My bill would allow that, yes.”
What is even more freaky is that the same day Kathy Tran introduced a bill to end the lives of babies moments before birth, she also proposed a bill to protect the lives of caterpillars, specially fall cankerworms.
In “House Bill No. 2495 Fall cankerworm; spraying prohibited during certain months“, Kathy Tran proposes to prohibit spraying during the period between March 1 and August 1 to protect the lives of the fall cankerworm.
Why would someone be pro-life for insects but at the same time be pro-death for human babies?!? That sounds super bizarre.. it doesn’t make any sense.. unless of course you are aware of the scriptures in Joel 2:
“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.” (Joel 2:25 KJV Holy Bible)
Is there a great army of locust/cankerworm/caterpiller/palmerworm among the human race?

The bill number is 2495 for the “House Bill No. 2495 Fall cankerworm; spraying prohibited during certain months.”
The number 2495 in the Bible means: egg and by looking at the root of the word, we see ‘to bind firmly‘.
Wow! Just as the locust and cankerworm have eggs! This translates to the fact that we are being bound firmly by the cankerworm/locust (the great army) race that wants to kill the spirit of Christ whilst letting the spirit of Satan/Apollyon take over!
The Bible warns us that there are people on earth whom are possessed by the spirit that is controlled by ‘the prince of the power of the air’ (aka. Satan/Apollyon) who is the king over locusts from the bottomless pit! (Read Ephesians 2 and Revelation 9).

The bill proposed by Del. Kathy Tran in Virginia luckily fell by 1 vote. However, an equivalent bill to the Virginia House Bill No. 2491 just recently got approved in the state of New York!
In summary, New York’s Reproductive Health Act allows you to basically come up with any reason to have the abortion no matter how late it is in the pregnancy, all the way up to the moment of birth!
It’s absolutely sickening!
