She Was Just Riding Her Bike to Work...Then This Happened!

It’s been requested that I take a look at this video entitled: Handcuffed For Looking Around While Riding A Bicycle (dear reader…this article is the script for the video below if you want to follow along)

People ask me why I even bother to do videos like this. Because these are rubber meets the road interactions that call into question how free we actually are at certain times and in certain places where policy enforcers are present. Last I checked we’re in America and this is supposed to be the land of the free home of the brave, not the land of the fee home of the slave.

Franklin said, those who would give up essential liberty to gain a little temporary security deserve neither.

So, I do videos like this because I wanna do my part to secure the maximum amount of individual liberty for as many people as possible as we educate ourselves through the experiences of other.

This video had over 350,000 views about 23% of the people disliked the video and it was uploaded by TheJunkYard news on November of 2017

This seems strangely robotic to me. Walking up to a bicyclist asking Where do you live at and lemme see your I.D. Without letting the woman know the nature of the stop seems pretty intrusive.

By any measure…this is highly tyrannical. Something you would expect in a country that wasn’t America. Something you would expect from somebody that didn’t swear to uphold something called a constitution….which contains something called a Bill of Rights.

Let’s point out the obvious here. Never during this entire stop did the Oklahoma officer ask this lady about the activity that prompted the supposed call. There was no communication with dispatch about the specifics of the reporting party. He started with an power trip and ended with a power trip.

And here’s the irony…he says let me see your ID or you’re going in hand cuffs and in the back of the care until I can figure out what’s going on. She gives him the ID and what does he do? He puts the cuffs on her.

Besides how does getting her ID and running her for warrants help his investigation at all?

So take note everybody who might be thinking about riding a bike Oklahoma city…make sure you only look straight ahead…cause if you’re looking around….you might encounter this kind of treatment.

Lemme also say, Currently there are approximately 24 states that have so-called “stop and identify” laws that require citizens to provide their identification when asked by police. Oklahoma is not a “stop and identify” state. This lady could easily have asked is that a law? Do you suspect me of committing a crime? If so please articulate what specific crime, I’ve committed, reveal my accusers and provide me with evidence. If not, what is your legitimate reason for detaining me.

The sad thing about that is that you know how that can go when a cop is on an ego trip.

Okay so, now what you’ve just witnessed are two very real crimes by an officer on camera. First crime is kidnapping and he’s pilfering through this lady’s belongings without her consent. This is video proof of a gross violation of the 4^th amendment.

Let’s just refresh our memories on what the fourth amendment actually says…because cops seem to specialize in violating this one.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated (you hear that Oklahoma City PD? Shall NOT be violated) and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

But you know what the bottom line is? This cop, if he was honest, would not want this kind of treatment to come upon him, or his wife or any of his loved ones. So, what he’s really violating here is the golden rule and he’s acting as a criminal.

So, not only is this cop acting as a criminal he’s a liar. She didn’t throw anything at him and handed him the ID card like she was wanting to use it as a weapon? What kind of SJW cop is this?

how does the issue of being cleared of warrants help this cop get to the bottom of the alleged report of someone riding around on a bike looking into driveways. This is all a bunch of made up BS in order to exercise power over others.

What an ironic statement in the context of this tyrannical action. We serve with pride. They should change that to We ENSLAVE with Pride. Or Oath Violators. If you guys think of some more, leave ‘em in the comments.

So, while this cop waits to hear back from dispatch, this lady is sitting in the cop car, time is ticking and she’s in danger of being late for work. Something simple like this could literally ruin someone’s life. She could be terminated. But this cop doesn’t care….he’s out there doing his best to see how many people he can overpower..
